With today's lifestyle with all work and no or minimum play, we tend to grab whatever we can get hold of in the kitchen before work and also during lunch hours and evenings. It is so important to stay focused on what our body needs in order to function properly and give us the performance we need not just to make it through the day but to generate maximum energy needed for our activities. An unhealthy body creates an unhealthy mind which creates an unhealthy attitude towards most things we have to deal with each day. A healthy body therefor creates a uplifting and possitive attitude. Therefor take care of the body that was given to you because this is the only one you will get.
