Linking Food to Anti-aging Strategies

By Diego Mitchell

"You are what you eat," is the way in which the asserting goes, and even though we try to overlook it, we know that it's true. Diet consultants and doctors alike tell us to eat more colorful veg with vitamins C, E and beta carotene, and healthy fats that you can get in things like trout, salmon, organic coconut oil, and organic raw milk.

Those nutriments are powerhouses in our bodies to beat off oxidising agents. Free radical agents attach themselves to our healthy cells and can kill it, which causes growing older. Free radical agents are atoms or groups of atoms with a strange (unpaired) number of electrons and can be created when oxygen interacts with certain molecules. Once formed these highly reactive radicals can start a chain reaction, like dominoes.

The best techniques to get these nutriments is thru fresh, healthy, organic food sources, not a tablet. Good whole foods additions are great to go with a good diet, but you can't eat a handful of additions and then eat very little or eat the incorrect things and expect it to be OK. Our bodies were designed to extract nutrients from food.

While you're employed do to all that you can to lengthen your life and extend your fresh appearance, at some specific point in time you're still going to look in the mirror and be disappointed the young, lively girl that lives within you has checked into a different motel, and it's just not lovable.

If you find you suffer from lack of confidence, reduced self-confidence, or feeling rather depressed about your looks, stop feeling bad and speak to an esthetician or surgeon. There is no have to be ashamed about desiring to enhance how you look and feel.

Experienced anti-aging experts will steer you with all the procedures which will work for you and help you decide what is the best for your wishes.
